This retreat is led by two highly experienced facilitators who bring decades of wisdom in Tantra, psychotherapy, and spiritual exploration.
Jonathan is a couples therapist with forty years of experience and a Zen and Tibetan Buddhist practitioner for over five decades. He is a certified coach for MDMA and psilocybin journeys and has mentored under some of the world's foremost spiritual and psychological experts. His deep expertise in trance work, the psychology of selves, and shamanic ritual allows him to guide transformative experiences with profound insight.
Alexandra is a masterful teacher of Tantra and Shamanism, integrating multiple yogic traditions, breathwork, Reiki, and ancient mystery teachings. Her devotion to Kashmiri Shaivism and Egyptian spiritual traditions adds a rich depth to her guidance. Having overcome chronic illness through her spiritual and therapeutic practices, she brings a deeply personal and compassionate approach to her work, empowering participants to step into their fullest potential.
Together, Jonathan and Alexandra create a safe, immersive, and powerful space for transformation, where participants can explore the depths of their relationships and themselves.

🔺 Closing Circle – Gather for a 45-minute reflection session with Jonathan & Alexandra at the end of the journey.

We are Jonathan & Alexandra and we are the Pioneers in Deep Healing and Transformation.

ABOUT THE FACILITATORS
Jonathan, a couples therapist for forty years and Zen and Tibetan Buddhist practitioner for half a century, authored The Heart of Relationship and the forthcoming books: Recipes for
Love, the prescriptive work Time Out/Time In and the novel Encounters on a Far Lake.
Certified as a coach for MDMA and psilocybin journeys, he trained in shamanic ritual for Bufo, and specializes in trance and the Psychology of Selves. He mentored with many of the world’s foremost spiritual and psychological masters, and received a masters from NYU. He is father to three wonderful daughters.
Alexandra combines both the lineages of Tantra & Shamanism to offer a unique set of services, delivering profound results to her clients. She has studied multiple yogic traditions & practices,
Shamanism, Breathwork, Reiki & other energy work, de-armouring, bodywork, & trained with various mystery schools.
Her work is deeply influenced by her endless devotion as a teacher & eternal student of Kashmiri Shaivism & the Egyptian Mystery teachings.
She was chronically ill for 8 years, and shares wisdom and teachings that brought her back to life.
