Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Payouts reach hosts via Stripe or Payoneer after the booking date.

On the free plan, GoToRetreats takes 12% commission on each booking. On Premium that drops to nothing. The 3% Stripe payment-processing fee is deducted from payouts on both plans.
That means the subscription pays for itself at roughly $825 of bookings per month — on $10,000 of bookings it saves you $1,200.

Questions hosts ask
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, in both directions. Subscribe whenever you're ready, and cancel any time from the billing portal — you stay on Premium until the end of the period you've already paid for, then drop back to the free plan with your listings intact.
When am I charged?
You're charged when you check out, then once every month on the same date until you cancel. Payments are handled by Stripe — we never see your card details.
What happens when the launch offer ends?
The price you subscribe at is locked into your subscription, so if you join at $99 you keep paying $99 per month for as long as the subscription stays active. Once the offer closes, new subscriptions start at $147.
What does the free plan cost me?
Nothing up front — GoToRetreats takes 12% commission on each booking, and only when you actually get booked. You can list, take inquiries and get paid without ever subscribing.
Do I pay card-processing fees?
Yes, on both plans. Stripe charges 3% to process each card payment and that amount is deducted from your payout, alongside your plan's commission. Premium removes the commission, not the processing fee.
