The space The is a premium property offering 2800 sq ft of living space with the most breathtaking views of the lake and surrounding hills in the Shasta Lake area. The house features: - 2 very large wrap around decks, 2 large living rooms, formal dining room, large kitchen with gas stove, 3 bedrooms & 2.5 bathrooms. - Master suite with fireplace, soaking tub and walk-in closet. - The house is fully furnished with premium furniture, beds, linens, kitchenware, modern appliances, piano, pool table, hammock, BBQ grill, outdoor shower, etc. - There’s a 65 inches Samsung TV with premium Sound-bar. - Graceful Dimmable lights in every room. - Comfortably sleeps 9 adults (3 queen beds, 1 bunk bed w/ twin over full bed). We also have a couple of air beds in case there are a couple of more guests traveling with you. - The large decks offer the best views of Shasta lake in this area. - We have a large boat parking garage at the bottom of the hill right across the street from the marina, making it super convenient to get your boat in and out at the lake. Guest access Guests have full access to our property, including the house, the backyard, a trail, the boat parking garage opposite marina at the bottom of the hill, and other entertainment areas. Other things to note Shasta lake levels vary dramatically from year to year and season to season. But you will still be amazed by the views from this house regardless of the season as this property truly enjoys one of the best views in this area! It’s located less than half mile driving distance to the lake and the marina right below, but since we are at a slight elevation on the hillside, our rooms and decks and patios enjoy the most beautiful views of the lake, the canyon and the surrounding hills, thereby offering a mesmerizing view of nature all around. The upper deck has stunning views of Lake Shasta with mountains in the back drop. Kam and Nitu are great hosts. They were very responsive, proactive and provided recommendations for local things to do. The house is close to a marina and provide easy access to the lake. The air conditioning was a savior during the heat. The hammock was perfect for star gazing at night. The cute children's size chairs on the deck were adorable and enjoyed by our kids. The pool table and bunk bed were also enjoyed. The hosts were lovely and provided directions to the house in advance, which was timely, as GMaps was indeed taking us somewhere else!
