Itinerary is subject to change Day 1 – Friday: Arrival & Grounding 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM: Arrive at Elcot Park, settle in, and enjoy a welcome drink. 1:30 PM: Opening circle – set intentions for your journey. 3:00 PM: Gentle yoga flow to release travel tension. 4:30 PM: Mindfulness workshop – “Creating Space for Clarity.” 6:30 PM: Nourishing dinner. 8:00 PM: Evening meditation for deep rest. Day 2 – Saturday: Deep Dive 7:30 AM: Sunrise yoga & breathwork. 8:30 AM: Breakfast. 10:00 AM: Soulful workshop – “Meeting Your Future Self.” 12:30 PM: Lunch. 2:00 PM: Spa time or quiet reflection in nature. 4:00 PM: Group session – “Releasing Blocks & Resetting Energy.” 6:30 PM: Dinner. 8:00 PM: Guided journaling & candlelight meditation.
