Art and Soul

As an medicine woman and artist, my offerings are diverse. I have hosted my own retreat days and offered services that include intuitive painting, drumming and yoga, along with informal counselling as the art has the power to open up spaces within that may need a voice. I hold a Masters degree in Pastoral Care and Counselling and come from a place of rooted belief in God/Source/Creator, with various faith traditions grounding my practice. I am an abstract artist and my work is collected and exhibited internationally. My yoga training was formally conducted in Vinyasa flow, but I lived for a month at the Sivananda Ashram on Paradise Island in the Bahamas and this immersion helped me to understand what I know intuitively about myself: I love introducing yoga to others and having a slower practice with frequent integration time. This helps me to connect with what my body and spirit are most needing. All of my work comes from a place of intuitive "knowing", and that is how I interact with others and conduct my life. It's been a journey getting to this point of self trust and feeling and honouring the energies I am sensitive to. One of my spiritual gifts is the gift of encouragement and this finds me able to motivate and inspire others through motivational speaking. I have an innate gift to understand what might be a good fit for someone in terms of their life path/career. I look forward to sharing with others what I have gleaned in my six decades on this planet, and trust that it can be useful in helping someone to embrace their life and move forward with ease and wellbeing.
