On-Site Guest Support: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM Daily Our team and on-island hosts are available throughout the day to help with anything you need—whether it's adjusting your schedule, booking an extra wellness treatment, or coordinating with the kitchen at Oasis. Retreat Leader Coordination: Direct Line Access If you are hosting a group with a full venue buyout, you will have a direct line to our on-site team during daylight hours to ensure your workshops, meal times, and logistics run perfectly to your timeline. After-Hours Peace of Mind: Night Watchman on Site For anything after 9:00 PM, we have a dedicated night watchman on the property. While the main team is resting for the night, the watchman is on-site to maintain our secure, gated environment and assist if any unexpected urgent issues pop up after hours. Pre-Arrival Communication: Before your trip even begins, our booking and logistics team is available via email and WhatsApp during regular business hours to finalize your group's boat transfers, dietary needs, and arrival details.

Additional details: Cancellation & Transfer Policy Because we are a boutique venue with limited capacity, we maintain a strict no-refunds policy under any circumstances. However, we know life happens, so we offer a flexible transfer credit to ensure you don't lose your investment: No Refunds: All payments and deposits are non-refundable. 90-Day Notice for Transfers: If you need to change your plans, you must notify us at least 90 days prior to your start date. 12-Month Future Credit: With proper 90-day notice, your entire balance will be converted into a travel credit valid for 12 months from your original retreat date. You can use this credit to book and plan a future date with us. Late Cancellations: Any cancellations or changes made less than 90 days before your arrival date are non-transferable, and the credit is forfeited. Pro-Tip: We highly recommend all guests purchase Travel Insurance (such as Allianz or World Nomads) that includes "Cancel For Any Reason" coverage to protect your trip against unexpected medical issues or travel disruptions.

It offers the luxury and peace of a resort without being closed off from the beauty and culture of the island. The location allows you to easily walk to any end of the island. The massage experience is incredible and allows you to truly relax and reset. Naseem was absolutely amazing and her recommendations will never lead you astray. Cedric and Rachel were also wonderful and so welcoming. And Popcorn the cat is the cutest!
