Private Chef for Wellness Retreats

Elizabeth is a certified Holistic Health Practitioner, Sports Nutrition Specialist and Nutritional Chef who is experienced in accommodating all dietary preferences—her bottom line is clean ingredients. She uses organic and locally sourced ingredients when possible to create delicious, nutrient dense menus. Originally from New York, she has worked as a private chef in LA and in Denver since 2015 for entrepreneurs, professional athletes, and various individuals in the entertainment industry. She attended culinary school at Johnson and Wales University. Elizabeth curates large events and private dinners and has developed menus for several restaurants including M Cafe, The Mercury Cafe, and HOM Wellness and was also the founding Culinary Director at Nurture in Denver. Her past and current clients include professional UFC fighters, NFL players, and elite entrepreneurs. Bringing her knowledge of nutrition and creating dishes for retreats and experiences is also a specialty of hers. The dishes she makes are inspired by her travels and passion to make food delicious AND nutritious. Supporting people to feel and look their best through food is an honor!
