My name is Eveline Phillomena Zwikker, and I am a Transformational Coach, Retreat Facilitator, and Retreat Coordinator & Support Specialist based in the Netherlands. My passion lies in creating retreat experiences that feel both deeply supportive and beautifully organized. After co-creating and facilitating transformational retreats, including a retreat on the beautiful island of São Miguel in the Azores, I discovered how much I enjoy supporting retreat leaders behind the scenes and helping their vision come to life. I understand that leading a retreat requires wearing many hats at once. Facilitators are often holding space for participants, guiding transformational experiences, managing group dynamics, and overseeing countless practical details. My role is to provide grounded, heart-centered support so retreat leaders can focus on what they do best. I bring a unique combination of organizational skills, emotional intelligence, participant care, and intuitive awareness. Whether supporting participant communication, retreat logistics, retreat flow, onboarding, or guest experience, I help create an environment where both facilitators and participants feel supported throughout the journey. My approach combines professionalism with warmth, structure with flexibility, and practical support with genuine human connection. I am available for remote retreat support worldwide and selective on-site support within Europe
