Rewild & Rise Retreat

By the time I was 27, I hit a level of burnout that I did not know was possible suffering from phase 3 adrenal fatigue that sent my hormones post-menopausal. The standard medical system told me that I was A-Okay but I knew better. I dove into a holistic health and functional wellness journey that led me to cycle syncing, human design and astrology and life suddenly started to make sense. It was through this journey and diving deeper into the connection with myself, that I discovered my purpose and created my brand to help other women do the same. I believe that our gifts are here to share with the world and we do not need to sacrifice our health and wellness to do so but rather embrace our natural rhythms, unique gifts and live our design in order to make the most of our journey here on Mother Earth. My mission is to help female entrepreneurs build brand and marketing strategies that align with their unique design and cycle so they can live their purpose without burnout and tell their stories in an aligned and magnetic way. I am passionate about connection and community and bringing women together in an empowered way. Through retreats that allow us to connect and recharge and also bring our businesses new life by making US the strategy. I can’t wait to connect with you.
