What's Included All Lodging - We have built all single-occupancy lodging into the retreat. Double occupancy will be available only by request. We will be staying in the city of Mount Shasta, central to all our adventures and the abundance of crystal and souvenir shops. All Meals - Delicious, healthy meals are included to keep our spirit bodies light and refreshed while doing the energetic work on and around the subtle energy fields of Mount Shasta. We encourage people to bring their own snacks and reusable water bottle from the variety of grocery stores in the area (light snacks like granola bars, crackers, bananas, etc.). All packed lunches and restaurant dinners will be provided. Complimentary breakfast may be available at the retreat hotel, and guests will be able to enjoy breakfast at their own leisure and choosing from the many options in the area. Recommended spots will be provided during the registration process. Excursion Transportation - We handle taking the group to the various locations we'll be experiencing on this retreat. While we do not offer shuttle service to and from your airport of choice (we recommend Medford, Oregon, about 1.5 hours from Mount Shasta), we will help you coordinate your arrival and departure to and from the retreat. Airport Shuttle - Group shuttle arrangements will be made to ensure you arrive safely and comfortably to and from Mount Shasta. Guests are welcome to rent a car if they desire.

Itinerary
Our Sacred Itinerary Tuesday starts with a welcome ceremony and dinner at 5:00 local time, and each day will be dedicated to its own element and excursion. EARTH - AIR - WATER - FIRE Wednesday - EARTH DAY - The Cave Within: The earth, may it ground you and bring your attention to your spirit within. May the light of your divinity shine into the darkness and release your limitations as enter the spirit and the power of the element. Thursday - WATER DAY - Cleansing and Renewal: The Water, may it cleanse you, wash away the density of negative emotions, and enliven your spirit with the natural flow of the universal tides to give and to receive. May your body, mind, and soul be activated with the healing power of the element. Friday - AIR DAY - Releasing the Shadows: The Air, may it lighten your spirit, show you where your freedom lies, and help inspire you to release your worries into the infinite. May your expansion fuse with nature as you realize you are One with everything around you, as we explore the power of the element. Saturday - FIRE DAY - Purification and Integration: The Fire, the alchemical transmutation of the spirit, may it quickly burn any doubt, limiting beliefs, and short-sighted visions of your potential. You are as limitless as the cosmos and the spark of the divine within you. May your body, mind, and soul be purged of all that is no longer serving it. May you come to know that you hold all the answers within you as well explore the alchemical power of the element. We'll be exploring the elements, sharing in sacred community, receiving energetic healing activations from our dynamic team of facilitators, and experiencing the rebirth of your awareness that YOU are a divine being with a specific purpose on this earth, while working with the energies of the four elements. The retreat ends on Sunday with a group breakfast and closing ceremony after a week of activations and deeply spiritual experiences in the sacred and energetic hot spots we will be exploring. Guests will be able to travel on Sunday as we will be closing the retreat around 10:00 - 11:00 local time, depending on guest flights. All transportation during the retreat is included, allowing for guests to choose whether or not they want to rent their own car or utilize the local shuttle services to and from the airport. If you would like to stay longer, please let us know and we'll help book you extra nights at any of the local hotels or the retreat hotels we'll be using!

Any cancellation made up to 90 days before the start of the retreat will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price. Any cancellation made within 60 days of departure will result in a total loss of funds, however 50% of the retreat cost can be applied toward a future retreat within two years of original retreat date. In the anticipated event that we sell out and a guest from the waiting list can fill your spot, we will be happy to refund your payment in full.
