Transformational session

Hi ☀️ I am offering deep individual transformational sessions (work with unconscious ) 💛 I am a psychologist and coach specializing in trauma education and resilience. I have studied various methods, including mind processing, person-centered therapy, NVC, logotherapy, playback theater, and somatic experiencing. In my work, I love combining spiritual and psychological approaches. Description of individual sessions: During the session, we dive into the root causes of challenges through meditation and work with the core: the actual lesson, unconscious beliefs, emotions, and the thoughts behind them. This helps resolve old issues, break repetitive patterns, release emotional and mental blocks, and heal associated pain. That is the first part. The second part focuses on transforming your inner reality to align with how you want to live and what you want to create. Finally, the third part involves integrating these changes into your daily life.
