About this facilitator

I focus on empowering vinyasas, grounding yin yoga, and serene sound healings. I’d be happy to offer multiple instruments and a variety of classes. I guide students and groups with a calming energy and remind them to be in the present moment both physically and mentally. I am open to teaching all level students and emphasize in all my classes to take the lessons they learn on the mat, into their everyday lives.

She wishes to grant others that same peace with her presence and energy. “My purpose in life is to help others heal and slow down. We already have so much going on in our everyday lives, we owe ourselves the time and space to connect with our own body and breath.“
