Thank you for considering us as part of your journey! We have helped many along the way and to ensure we will continue serving we have the following Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy for Pathway Creations Retreats:
Please be aware that there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays, or illness. If you need to cancel your participation in the retreat for any reason, the following cancellation policy will apply without exceptions. While we understand unforeseen circumstances such as injury or family emergencies may arise, we have incurred costs in reserving retreat centers and accommodations. Our cancellation policy aims to be as accommodating as possible, but we strongly advise purchasing travel insurance for added protection.
IF YOU CANCEL THE RETREAT:
30 days or more prior to the start of the retreat: 100% of the deposit paid will be transferred to another retreat within 12 months.
29-14 days prior to the start of the retreat: 50% of the deposit paid will be transferred to another retreat within 12 months, and the remaining 50% will be forfeited.
13-7 days or less prior to the start of the retreat: No refunds, future rescheduling, or credits will be provided.
(Note: No call / No shows will NOT be eligible for any refund, credit, or rescheduling.)
We recommend TRAVELGUARD, which offers various travel insurance options, including comprehensive "cancel for any reason" policies. With this policy, you can cancel your retreat for any reason up until 48 hours before travel and be covered for airfare, hotel, retreat costs, etc. You must purchase this policy within 15 days of booking your airline tickets or incurring any travel-related expenses. Please contact Travelguard for quotes tailored to your needs.

IF WE CANCEL THE RETREAT:
If we cancel a retreat, we will refund all deposits and payments you have made.
However, we cannot compensate for airfare or travel expenses incurred. In the unlikely event that Pathway Creations must cancel a retreat due to weather, natural disaster, or political upheaval, refunds will depend on receiving reimbursement from the venue or tour operator we collaborate with. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to mitigate such risks.
TRAVEL INSURANCE:
To safeguard against unforeseen circumstances, we strongly advise purchasing trip insurance. Travel insurance can protect you in case of:
Cancellation of your participation in the retreat Cancellation of the retreat due to weather, natural disaster, or insufficient participants Lost baggage Medical expenses and repatriation costs in case of illness or injury
