4 Day Yoga & Relaxation Retreat in Galicia

This retreat focuses and relaxation and your rhythm. On full days there are two yoga classes consisting of Aerial and mat yoga. Half days feature mat yoga. All classes are more geared towards slow movement and more restorative yoga or using the foam roller for deeper relaxation. Guided meditations will feature once a day or can be changed to breath work. As these are private retreats, we will focus fully on your needs and your preferred rhythm. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are therefore served at times most suitable to you. We encourage you to disconnect from the internet and your phone and instead just sit and read, walk outside, or soak up the sun in the garden or the nearby beach. In this retreat, everything is fluid. Don´t feel like class one day and prefer chitchat over some tea, or prefer a longer guided meditation, no problem. We are here to help you relax and disconnect from your otherwise busy life. In your free time, take walks guided by us or on your own in our safe and rural neighbourhood. Depending on season you may wish to spend some time with me in the kitchen pressing juice, making cake or brewing mead. Arrival and departure are also very relaxed. We do have a class scheduled on both arrival and departure but we can shift and move things about to fit your needs.

Lovingly prepared, home-cooked meals made with seasonal ingredients, thoughtfully sourced from local producers whenever possible. The food is simple, nourishing, and designed to support your practice—freshly prepared, balanced, and enjoyed at an unhurried pace. All food is vegetarian.

The nearest airports are A Coruña or Santiago de Compostela. We happily arrange a taxi pick up for you or help you organise buses or trains to either O Vicedo or Viveiro from which we will pick you up.
