Align yourself retreat

Each day of the retreat is intentionally designed to guide you deeper into connection with yourself. We begin every morning with yoga, alternating between gentle yin and more activating yang practices to awaken the body and set the tone for the day. From there, each day unfolds in its own unique way, including practices such as: – Breathwork sessions – Voice release & expression – Group exercises and connection practices – Tarot and intuitive guidance – Spacious free time to rest and integrate – Beach time to relax and recharge _ And much more We come together for all meals, breakfast, lunch, and dinner creating moments of grounding, nourishment, and shared connection. No two days are exactly the same, allowing space for flow, intuition, and what the group needs in the moment. In the middle of the retreat there will be a free beach day for all where we can enjoy and relax. This retreat is an invitation to slow down, open up, and truly align with yourself.
