Soul to Soul Personal Retreats

Hello there and Namaste, My name is Sharmila, and I warmly welcome you to this personal 5-day retreat in the magical valley of Agaete, nestled in the heart of Gran Canaria. As an alternative therapist, yoga and Reiki master, I’ve spent many years walking alongside seekers on their spiritual path, supporting them in their journey of healing, transformation, and self-discovery. My passion lies in energetic healing, which I often combine with therapeutic massage, bodywork, workshops, and soul-nourishing practices that open doors to deeper awareness. This retreat is an invitation to pause, to breathe, and to reconnect with the sacred space within you. Throughout these five days, you will be lovingly guided into a deep dive exploration of your subtle or energetic body, unlocking the natural flow of life force energy and releasing what no longer serves you. We will practice Kundalini Yoga daily to awaken your inner fire and raise your vibration. You will also receive three powerful healing treatments, tailored to help you reset, realign, and restore balance between body, mind, and soul. In between, there will be moments of integration, rest, and intuitive guidance. I will personally accompany you through this healing journey, offering tools and insights that you can take with you into your daily life. Whether you are in a moment of transition, seeking clarity, healing emotional wounds, or simply longing for deeper connection — this retreat is a sacred space to come home to yourself. Only the breakfast will be included but they have to make it themself and the kitchen can be used for there meals ect.

By plane, bus transport or taxi. There can be rented a car aswell on the airport. There is an option to pick up by request.
