Space support & transformational sessions

Hi ☀️ I am interested in joining a retreat space to offer deep individual transformational sessions and support the community 💛 I am a psychologist and coach specializing in trauma education and resilience. I have studied various methods, including NVC, logotherapy, playback theater, person-centered therapy, mind processing, and somatic experiencing. In my work, I love combining spiritual and psychological approaches. I would be happy to provide a free session for the host, so you can make a decision based on your own experience 😌 I am currently in Spain but open to seeing where the energy flows 🧘‍♀️ Description of individual sessions: During the session, we dive into the root causes of challenges through meditation and work with the core: the actual lesson, unconscious beliefs, emotions, and the thoughts behind them. This helps resolve old issues, break repetitive patterns, release emotional and mental blocks, and heal associated pain. That is the first part. The second part focuses on transforming your inner reality to align with how you want to live and what you want to create. Finally, the third part involves integrating these changes into daily life.
