Ayurveda works on the basis that every person is made of five basic elements found in the universe: space, air, fire, water, and earth.

Our beachfront restaurant serves healthy, organic, and delicious food which will nourish your entire system. Enjoy various traditional Indian dishes, detox juices, and some Western options, as well as tea, filtered water, and ginger water served all day! We have gluten-free and dairy-free option and can meet all your other dietary requirements on request.
