How to get there

1- Public transportation to/from Barcelona, El Prat airport to the city center, Plaça Catalunya. Take the Aerobus (A1 or A2) and get off at the last stop: Plaça Catalunya (Catalonia square). Available from 05.35am to 01.05am, and runs every 10 minutes. Tickets cost 7,45€ and are sold on board and online (click here) A1 in Terminal 1 – the bus zone is one floor below the arrivals gate A2 in Terminal 2 - just outside the airport building The Aerobus last stop in Plaça de Catalunya (Catalonia sq.) is located at the bottom right of the square. 2- Public transportation to/from the city center, Plaça Catalunya to Sant Felip Neri House. Walk 400 m across the bottom right side of Plaça de Catalunya to the bottom left side of the square Enter the train station - Plaça de Catalunya (in front of “Café Zurich” terrace bar) and board train S1 or S2 or L6 S1 - Barcelona Plaça Catalunya – Terrasa S2 - Barcelona Plaça Catalunya - Sabadell L6 - Barcelona Plaça Catalunya - Sarrià Get off the train at Les Tres Torres station (7 stops) and exit to the left side (Dr. Roux). You are in Via Augusta avenue. 1 - Cross Via Augusta and head southeast on Street/Carrer del Dr. Roux 2 - Turn right onto Carrer del Rosari 3 - Turn left onto Carrer de la Nena Casas (the House is on the right side in number 37-47)

Hello and welcome! My name is Anita. I am the founder and lead instructor of an intimate creative and wellness studio based in Tokyo, Japan. My life’s work is centered around a gentle yet profound philosophy: the belief that even one hour of slowing down matters. As an educator and creative facilitator, I view wellness not as a rigid routine, but as an ongoing and gentle journey for the mind, spirit, and body. I specialize in weaving together different worlds. I integrate mindful communication, structured focus, and profound self-reflection with the expressive and healing power of the arts. In our busy, fast-paced world, it is easy to lose our connection to our center. My goal is to design sacred spaces and immersive experiences where you can safely step off the treadmill of daily life. These spaces allow you to catch your breath and reconnect with your true self.
