5 Day Aerial Yoga & Nature Explorer Retreat in Galicia

This explorer retreat is full of activity. There are two yoga classes on full days (one Hatha and one aerial yoga), and half days feature one Hatha class. We also add meditation, either guided or a variety of meditation techniques, in the mornings. All activities are flexible and will depend on the weather. You will have three full days with us and we aim to take you therefore on three half day trips around our beautiful area. We will explore beaches, viewpoints, hiking trails, and if the weather decides to be less kind, there are always cozy little towns to explore. As these are private retreats, we can adjust times and outings to your liking. Arrival is in the afternoon, and we will just get you settled in that day and start with a stroll around the neighbourhood and some yoga. On the departure day, we start with yoga and see you off with a Spanish breakfast before it is time to check out.

Lovingly prepared, home-cooked meals made with seasonal ingredients, thoughtfully sourced from local producers whenever possible. The food is simple, nourishing, and designed to support your practice—freshly prepared, balanced, and enjoyed at an unhurried pace. All food is vegetarian.

The nearest airports are A Coruña or Santiago de Compostela. We happily arrange a taxi pick up for you or help you organise busses or trains to either O Vicedo or Viveiro from which we will pick you up.
