This retreat is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeper, and give yourself a few days of true rest.
Over three calm and nourishing days, you’ll unwind, reconnect with yourself, and gently release built-up tension from body and mind. There is space to rest, reflect, and simply be — without pressure, expectations, or the need to “do” anything.
Through gentle guided practices, quiet moments, and supportive presence, you’ll feel your energy return and your inner balance slowly restore. Everything is offered in a soft, accessible way, and you’re always welcome to follow your own rhythm.
This retreat is for anyone longing for more lightness, calm, and connection with themselves. It is held in both English and Dutch and warmly welcomes you exactly as you are.
Come as you are. Leave feeling rested, grounded, and more like yourself again

🤍 Togetherness
During the retreat, we share daily life together. Cooking, setting the table, and cleaning up are done together in a relaxed and supportive way — not as a task, but as part of the experience of connection and presence.
Food & Drinks
During the retreat we enjoy nourishing vegetarian meals. To support rest, clarity, and a calm nervous system, we won’t be serving coffee or alcohol.
If you regularly use coffee or alcohol, we gently recommend starting to reduce your intake a little before the retreat. This will help your body adjust more easily and allow you to feel more comfortable and supported during the weekend.

How to get there
🚗 By Car (easiest & most flexible)
Rahier is a small village in the municipality of Stoumont, in the beautiful Ardennes region of Belgium. It’s easiest to reach by car — especially if you’re coming from the Netherlands or other countries. You can drive straight to the retreat location through scenic roads and park nearby. Rahier is most directly reached via the A26/E25 motorway (Liège–Bastogne) and then local roads.
🚆 By Train & Shuttle
If you prefer not to drive, the nearest major train station where we can meet you is:
🇧🇪 Trois-Ponts Station (Station Trois-Ponts) – this is the closest Belgian train station with regular services from larger cities like Liège (Liège-Guillemins). Trains between Liège-Guillemins and Trois-Ponts run frequently and take about 50–60 minutes.
Typical train route:
From major cities (like Liège or Brussels) to Liège-Guillemins
Transfer to a regional train to Trois-Ponts Station
From there, we can meet you and bring you to the retreat house in Rahier
This is a comfortable and pleasant option if you prefer rail travel.

The retreat gave me exactly what I didn’t know I needed: space, softness, and genuine care. There was no pressure, everything flowed naturally. I went home feeling lighter, calmer, and grateful.

I loved how gentle everything was — the practices, the schedule, the way we were guided. It felt nourishing on every level. I would definitely recommend this retreat to anyone who needs to slow down
