Through various life circumstances the spark of my spiritual path dimmed. Last spring I began to feel a pull to move forward in my journey. Shortly after I was blessed to meet Jennifer.

In Autumn of 2020 I got to experience Jennifer's Fall Day Retreat. It was a beautiful, luxurious day of yoga, reiki, meditation for cultivating what we want in our lives, healing & connection. Plus a follow up reiki session a month after the retreat. The reiki sessions I have had with Jennifer I have had a strong sense of safety, comfort & support. What I really feel is she can hear beyond what is being said and expressed. Her desire to be supportive is authentic. She is a real and compassionate person who understands the spiritual side of things as well as the practical side of life.

Jennifer's energy is like a ball of sunshine and meeting her defiantly reignited my drive to move things forward in my life.

My experience at the Looking Glass Empowered retreat in Sept 2021 was in one word, magical. The beautiful surroundings, thoughtful exercises, and inclusive and supportive environment helped me shed old storylines I had been holding onto and has helped me immensely in my healing journey. While there, It became so clear what I had been repressing and once illuminated, I could finally begin the journey of release. Jen creates such a wholesome space for women to feel safe, feel heard, feel special, to heal and let their inner light shine while honouring sacred traditions. This experience will live in my heart forever and I look forward to coming again.
