Wow is all I can say about the knowledge that Olga has about detoxing, nutrition and so much more!! She has many years of education AND personal experience. She deeply cares about each person and wants to make sure she is tailoring her advice for each individual's situation. The food she prepared was better than any gourmet restaurant I have been to AND it was healthy and or detoxifying. I cannot wait to take all of her courses so that I can take look after my own health and not rely on traditional medicine or even naturopaths.

On a side note, I was not feeling my best in 2022 and before my diagnoses, she helped start me on my healing journey with some mental health ideas and I got to be about 80% better. Turns out I had Lyme disease so am currently being treated for that specifically. I now feel 110%! Better than I have in many years.

I am a holistic health practitioner with over 30 years of experience, dedicated to sharing my knowledge and guiding others on their journey to wellness. Through my life and practice, I have come to deeply believe in the body’s incredible ability to heal when given the right conditions. In my private practice, I have supported my clients in activating their inner power—helping them learn to trust their own bodies and restore balance from within. My work is rooted in intuition; often, I sense exactly what a person needs to shift or which remedy will bring them back into harmony. Each time these remedies, offered through the wisdom of the universe, bring healing, I am filled with gratitude and renewed faith in the immense power that surrounds us. To recharge my own energy and strengthen my intuition, I find peace in nature—whether spending quiet hours in the forest or swimming in open water far from shore. These moments of stillness connect me more deeply with myself and allow me to bring greater clarity, compassion, and guidance to those I work with.
