This 21-day Kundalini Tantra Immersion is a sacred pause from the noise of everyday life. Together in the lush beauty of Costa Rica, we gather to strengthen the body, awaken energy, nourish the nervous system, and remember the deeper truth of who we are. This is a return to your own vitality, intuition, voice, and wild aliveness. Rooted in the ancient Himalayan tradition, this immersion weaves together: Kundalini practices to keep your energy clear, strong, and luminous. Tantric wisdom to help you live from presence, purpose, and oneness. Hatha and subtle-body practices that awaken intuition and inner clarity. Daily sadhana, meditation, breathwork, mantra, and yogic philosophy. These are ancient technologies for what today we might call ultimate biohacking for wellness and consciousness. Throughout the 21 days, you will explore transformative practices that expand your awareness and help you live from your most vibrant, sovereign self.

This was more than just a teacher class, it was the beginning of a spiritual journey for me. It inspired me to take more classes. I have lost over 25 pounds since and practice some form of yoga almost every day.

From the beginning, I felt welcomed and a part of the class even though I had not much yoga experience. The teachers were excellent. They presented the lessons/materials with challenging goals but were very patient. I have learned so much.

To this day, I still consider my yoga school sisters as friends. Since then, I completed my 40 day sadhana and obtained my certificate from Yoga Alliance.

Fly into SJO - Juan Santamaría International Airport, the primary airport serving San José, the capital of Costa Rica. it is recommended to fly in on October 31, stay at a hotel, and then meet the airport transfer at select locations to be shuttled to the retreat center in Uvita, Costa Rica. If you are making your own arragements to Uvita. The Retreat Center is called Synergy Retreat Center.

Jessica Merwin, E-RYT 500, YACEP Jessica Merwin is a Coherence Coach®. She teaches the ancient technologies of Kundalini Yoga and the new science of HeartMath® Heart Coherence to bring the body into a state of harmony (or coherence). When we are in a state of coherence, we can operate from the place of our fullest potential. We can think clearly, make better decisions, and access our intuitive intelligence. Not only does coherence change our state of being, it also has a positive effect on our physiology. Jessica offers clear and specific practices delivered in approachable ways with scientific data reflecting much of the effectiveness of the techniques. Jessica is a War Veteran who served in the United States Air Force. After she battled with emotional stress, addictions and depression for a number of years, she woke up to another way of living. She discovered Kundalini yoga, heart coherence, and meditation and felt the profound shifts it had on her internal state. She went from living in a state of stress to a state of inspired living. It made such an impact on her that she knew she had to teach and share the wisdom that has been passed down for eons through the yogis, and now the new sciences to back it up. Jessica has over 1,000 hours in Kundalini Yoga Teacher training – training received in Greece and India, and holds a 500 hour RYT with Yoga Alliance. Additionally she is Certified through HeartMath as a Mentor & Coach, and is the owner of New Moon Yoga studio in Traverse City Michigan.
