Rewild in Madeira: March 30-April 5

A 7-day transformational experience in the heart of the lush island of Madeira, Portugal. The main focus of this retreat is "rewilding", or rather immersing you in experiences and practices that help you return to your humanness. Leave behind the noise and digital clutter during a transformative six-day journey into Madeira’s wild beauty. Move your body under open skies, hike stunning trails, and soak in the island’s beauty. Experience untamed parts of yourself through storytelling, artistic workshops, and hands-on activities like planting and plant-based cooking. End each day with sleep and dream practices that nurture a profound connection with your inner world. Activities include: nature immersions, hikes, canyoning, Yoga, sleep and dream coaching, painting with synesthesia, building sustainable daily routines you can easily apply back home. Guided by an expert Embodiment Coach specializing in sleep health and dreamwork, as well as an expert nature immersion specialist, you will experience a week long deep-dive into yourself. All the while immersed in the spectacular surroundings on Madeira. The venue: Casa do Lanço – Verdelho is nestled in the heart of São Vicente, surrounded by the lush expanse of a 25,000m² vineyard, framed by towering mountains and the dense, ancient Laurissilva forest. This UNESCO World Heritage site, with its twisting laurel trees, ferns, and moss-covered rocks, feels like a living, breathing landscape that has remained untouched for centuries. A 250-year-old oak stands at the center of it all, offering its steady presence to the land. The house itself blends the rustic charm of the past with modern comforts, each room leading out to a peaceful garden.

Rewilding your body means also rewilding your plate by making your food choices more sustainable and less processed. Our on-site chefs will not only feed you delicious plant-based meals, but also teach you easy vegan recipes that are easy to reproduce back home. The food served at the venue is vegan, but you can eat other types of meals at the planned visits to the local, traditional restaurants.

Madeira has direct flights to many European cities, as well as a direct flight to New York. We will provide you with directions on arriving to the venue with a taxi.
