To get to the Nalanda Retreat, located in Mandrem, North Goa, you should fly into Manohar International Airport (GOX). Flights to this airport are available from locations around the world, though they may involve layovers. Step 1: Fly to Manohar International Airport (GOX) Book a flight from your current location to Manohar International Airport (GOX), also known as Mopa Airport. The airport is located in North Goa, just 28.4 km away from the retreat. For international travelers, this may require connecting flights through major hubs in India or other countries. While in Goa, you can still find domestic flights to and from other cities in India via Dabolim Airport (GOI), although GOX is the closest to the retreat. Step 2: Arrange transportation to the retreat Once you land at Manohar International Airport (GOX), you have several options for getting to the Nalanda Retreat in Mandrem: Book a taxi transfer: The retreat's official website offers pre-arranged taxi transfers from the airport. Email us the flight details at least 24 hours in advance. Hire a taxi or ride-sharing service: Taxis and ride-sharing services are readily available at the airport.
