Held over 3 nights and 4 days at the inviting and serene Harmony Ridge Lodge in Nevada City, this experience is specifically designed for those who give so much to others but rarely take time to receive. Through a beautiful blend of yoga, sound healing, nature immersion, breath work, ritual and deep stillness, you'll find the spaciousness needed to reconnect with your core essence. Mealtimes at Harmony Ridge Lodge Meals are nourishing, vegetarian, and served buffet-style. Dishes may include dairy and eggs, with vegan and gluten-free options generally available. Mealtimes are as follows: Breakfast – Roughly 7 am - 8 am Lunch – Roughly 12 pm - 1 pm Dinner – Roughly 6 pm - 7 pm If you or anyone in your group has food allergies, please notify us in advance—our team will do our best to accommodate within our capacity. While we cannot offer access to the kitchen for personal cooking, we aim to provide thoughtful, inclusive meals for all guests. Which meals are included? Friday: Dinner Saturday: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Sunday: Breakfast and Dinner (Guests are on their own for lunch during "free time." Guests might go into town and enjoy lunch there. Additionally, two dining options are within walking distance from the retreat venue including the Old 5 Mile House and Harmony Ridge Market and Deli. Monday: Breakfast and Lunch Beverages: Tea, juice and milk are available all day. Coffee is served with breakfast in the mornings.

Take the exit for CA‑49 North toward Grass Valley/Nevada City — continue for about 25 miles. In Nevada City, merge onto CA‑20 East. Drive about 6 miles on CA‑20 East — 18883 CA‑20 will be on your right. Driving Directions from Reno: Start in Reno, NV and get on I‑80 West toward Sacramento. Drive about 62 miles on I‑80 W. Take the exit for CA‑20 West toward Nevada City/Grass Valley. Continue on CA‑20 West for approximately 26 miles. Turn right onto Harmony Ridge Road. Drive about 1 mile — Harmony Ridge Resort will be on your right at 10492 Harmony Ridge Road.
