DAY 5: BALINESE HEALING DAY
Preferred therapy day: choice of extended postpartum massage, manual lymphatic drainage, or Boreh warming treatment.
Warm lunch.
Balinese cultural moment: jamu storytelling, an optional canang sari gratitude ritual, and garden grounding.
Emotional well-being check-in.

DAY 6: MEANING & RESTORE
Lactation sustainability review and pumping/feeding strategy.
Nutrition coaching for home: meal rhythm, hydration, recovery pantry. Infant soothing and realistic night-flow coaching.
Optional symbolic baby blessing ceremony.
Quiet dinner. Night nursing support.
DAY 7 — HOME-READINESS & FAREWELL
Final clinical review: symptoms, feeding, sleep, mood, bowel, and follow-up map. Written continuation binder: home plan, referrals, warning signs, and next-4-week priorities. Warm farewell brunch. Soft departure with full support handover.
