Our meals are designed to nourish you from the inside out. Throughout the retreat, you’ll enjoy fresh, locally sourced, (vegetarian/vegan options are available), prepared with intention and care by our onsite chefs. Every plate is colorful, wholesome, and made to support both your body and your emotional wellbeing. Mornings begin with nourishing breakfasts; think tropical fruits, homemade granola, avocado and eggs, warm options, and energizing drinks to ground you for the day. After surf sessions, we gather for comforting, replenishing lunches that bring your energy back to life. Evenings end with beautifully prepared dinners: warm, flavorful, and crafted to help you unwind. We focus on light, clean, and vibrant meals that leave you feeling satisfied, clear, and supported throughout the week. Coffee, teas, and fresh water are always available for you.
