Spend one week on a yacht doing a retreat for yourself. Sail the quiet Croatian islands with a holistic health coach and wellness chef on board. Learn to nourish yourself, detox from distractions, and come back feeling a sense of ease in your gut and throughout your body. It's a low-effort, light detox program with a focus on eating with pleasure and taking care of yourself. Expect simple living, slow mornings, and sailing adventures with exploring wild and medieval lands. Please note: We don't accept instant bookings. Before joining, you'll have a short call with Captain Sergy to ensure the retreat is a good fit for you and the group dynamic. This keeps the experience high-quality for everyone.

This is an approximate example; every day can be different, and all depends on the weather and the group`s dynamics. 8 AM: Slow morning + nourishing breakfast on deck 9 AM: Conscious practice with Karina (detox habits, breathwork, mindful living) 10-12 AM: Sailing to the next island (learn steering if you want) 12 PM: Swimming + relaxation in a quiet bay 1 PM: Light lunch + healthy cooking workshop for those who want 3-5 PM: Sailing to another beautiful bay/city 5-7 PM: Free time — sun, sea, journaling, resting 7 PM: Dinner + cooking with chef 9 PM: Quiet evening rituals/free time
