Give yourself permission to take a step back from the noise and chaos of life. Take the time to pause, to rest, to reconnect with your center. Spend the weekend at the lake with other women who have chosen to invest in their well being. Allow the sound of the waves to lull you to sleep. Find what you have been missing in life during the transformative workshops. Enjoy your inner silence during sound bath meditations and journaling. Laugh, cry, and grow through games, activities and fireside chats. Leave feeling peaceful, calm and centered, knowing you have the tools to keep you a priority in your life.

Meals are planned after all dietary restrictions have been collected from participants. We are able to accomodate most diets.
