Daily practices: Kundalini Tantra yoga, pranayama, mantra chanting, tantric meditation (Shiva/Shakti union), chakra breathwork, Sanjeevani Kriya, tattva jnana, tattva shuddhi, and swar yoga. Transformative workshops: Tantric Tratak (third eye opening), Kaya Kalp Ayurveda, Tantra & Ayurvedic massage, clairvoyance & telepathy, masculine–feminine energy dynamics, body-mind-soul integration. Integration of ancient Tantric wisdom with modern science for holistic growth and spiritual awakening. What You’ll Experience: Tantric Foundations: Tattva Gyan (element science), Swar Yog (prana flow in 72,000 Nadis), Tattva Shuddhi (element purification with Bij mantras) Advanced Tantric Practices: Shiva Tattva techniques, Tantric Tratak for 3rd eye awakening, Vigyan Bhairav Tantra (Shiva Sutras – 112 meditation methods) Inner Transformation: Kundalini awakening (safe approach), Kaya Kalp (Ayurvedic rejuvenation), Karma Therapy (soul healing) Mind & Consciousness: Five mind energies (Unaware, Aware, Positive/Tantric, Laser, Superconscious), cultivation of equanimity, insight, and higher states of awareness Masculine & Feminine Dimensions: Key energetic differences, Kundalini flow in both, and the unique “software” of body, mind, and soul Cosmic Connections: Exploration of the three dimensions (Physical, Divine, Cosmic), clairvoyance, telepathy, and Mahavidya teachings Integration: Kundalini Tantra Yoga & Karma Astrology, applying wisdom for spiritual growth and practical life alignment Integration of ancient Tantric wisdom with modern science for holistic growth and spiritual awakening.
